4. THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect and upload the contact list from your device phonebook to know who is calling you.

We collect various information to enable us to provide good service to all our users. Depending on how our Service will be used, the different types of Personal Data we collect are as follows:

A. For registered users: During the process of Your registration we may collect the following information:

On the Parentyn app, for installed devices, we track and collect the following information in order to utilise Parentyn properly

Account information (email, phone number, country and gender)

Device information (IMEI, device model, Model ID etc)

Subscription status

Contacts List from the device phonebook.

SMS and Call logs data

Web browsing data including browsing history and visit history (number of visits)

Phone screen time and application usage

Device installed application list

Keypad tracking when you install the Parentyn keyboard

We may also require other information about:

(I) Your interaction with our representatives;

(II) receiving general emails from us.

(III) commenting on our Content on our Application.

(IV) the purchases You make.

(V) the following forms of activities:

Inquiries, complaints OR testimonials via email or social media handles

B. For unregistered users: We will collect passive information from all registered and unregistered users. This information includes cookies, IP address information, location information and certain browser information.

C. Sales and billing information: We may collect Your credit and/or debit card information, which includes Your card number, password, etc, Your billing address, Your contact address and other information required for Your purchases. We may utilize third-party service providers, from time to time to help in processing Your Data and help us with our Application.

We may use Third Party Service Providers for the following services about our Application:
